ML Youth Collective

2026 Applications Now Open

Up to 10 dynamic individuals will be selected to contribute their unique voices and perspectives in making Museum London a more welcoming and inclusive space for all young people.

As a member of the Collective, you’ll get to dive into Museum London’s dynamic programming and explore art, history, and contemporary culture with other creative teens. This is a unique opportunity to:

  • Gain hands-on experience and earn volunteer hours
  • Build your resume and develop professional skills
  • Expand your social network and connect with new peers
  • Meet artists and cultural professionals
  • Strengthen leadership, teamwork, and creativity

Whether you’re passionate about the arts or just curious to try something new, the ML Youth Collective offers a fun and inspiring way to get involved and make a difference in your community.

Applications are due Friday, December 19th at 10:00 PM. Successful applicants will be notified before January 9, with meetings beginning February 5. All members are expected to commit to regular meetings twice monthly through May 21, 2026.

ML Youth is open to London-based teens aged 13–17 who are curious about museums, passionate about the arts, and eager to contribute ideas and energy to community-focused projects.

ML Youth meets regularly during the first quarter of the calendar year, with opportunities to participate in additional events and initiatives into the summer months. A detailed schedule is provided to selected members at the start of the term to help plan around school and other commitments.

Yes! Participation in ML Youth counts toward high school community service hours, and members also gain valuable experience and mentorship to support their job prospects and professional development.
