The Youth Coalition Combating Islamophobia (YCCI) is offering a free public drop-in workshop for visitors to write a message or draw an image on purple hexagon tiles to combat Islamophobia and commemorate the tragic loss of Yumnah (15), Talat (74), Madiha (44), and Salman (46) on June 6, 2021. Purple was Yumnah’s favourite colour, and hexagons represent us all, the human pieces of the puzzle that come together to foster community healing and community building. This piece will be installed in Museum London’s main entrance from June 3 to December 10, 2023.
