Looking for a different way to experience Nuit Blanche London?
Museum London’s main level will remain open late throughout the evening, inviting visitors the unique opportunity to explore contemporary art after dark. Spend time with Amanda McCavour’s installation Double Shadow, take in Biscuits and Empire: Reframing Colonial Photography, and experience a special screening of Jessica Karuhanga’s Moon in the 12th House (2017).
Set against the backdrop of an early spring sky, Karuhanga’s video follows a group of women as they gather in a series of slow, carefully choreographed gestures. Drawing on everyday movements, cultural references, and what Karuhanga described as “everyday swagger,” familiar actions become poetic and deeply expressive. Through these ritual-like interactions, Moon in the 12th House invites viewers to reflect on connection, memory, and the shared experiences that shape communities and relationships.
