Centre at the Forks
Join exhibiting artist and fashion designer Andrew Esdaile of DeathWorks for a hands-on workshop where you'll create your own Halloween-inspired textile art piece.
In this session, you'll learn fabric collage, patchwork, and hand-stitching techniques using the traditional Sashiko method, while exploring creative and playful approaches to textile design. Participants can choose from three original designs developed by the artist—a spiderweb, a pumpkin face, or a spooky eyeball—and will complete a unique piece to take home.
All materials are provided, and a basic understanding of hand stitching is encouraged.
