This energizing workshop held in the Center at the Forks, embodies creative movement and dance practices that cultivate strength, elasticity, and rhythmic flow. Prior dance experience not required. This immersive session offers a revitalizing reset for body and mind, awakening both physical and creative vitality. No equipment necessary, simply wear comfortable clothing for unrestricted movement! Each class accommodates a maximum of 30 adult participants and minimum of 6. 

Ruth is a dance artist and educator working locally and internationally. She co-founded Sweet Labour Art Collective, supported by Canada Arts Council, the Government of Ontario, and London Arts Council to create  diverse projects at the intersection of site-based dance performance, film, and participatory scores.
