Museum London is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor of Retail and Visitor Services to lead the day-to-day operations of Shop Museum London—both onsite and online—and to oversee visitor service functions that support an exceptional and welcoming guest experience.
Reporting to the Executive Director or their designate, the Supervisor ensures the Shop and Visitor Services are operated professionally, aligned with Museum values and mission, and contribute meaningfully to both the visitor experience and revenue generation. The successful candidate is a leader who will demonstrate an ability to foster positive customer relationships, build rapport with a wide range of visitors, and inspire a team of staff and volunteers to deliver outstanding service.
