In celebration of 2024 Canada History Week, we're thrilled to unveil an exciting new component of our ongoing exhibition, London: A History!

Beginning November 26, new and returning visitors can take their museum experience to the next level with London: A History online.

Our city’s history is rich, complex, and still influencing our present—and future. From sports and leisure to immigration, industry, and military history, there's so much to learn and explore. History buffs of all ages are invited to dive deeper into the stories that have shaped our city with access to extended exhibition content, stunning new images of featured artifacts, and educational resources for learners of all ages through this expansive new resource. Over time, we’ll continue to expand the project with new content and entries to tell more stories of the people, places, and events that define the London we know today.

This component of London: A History has been generously funded by The Government of Canada, through the Museums Assistance Program’s Digital Access to History grant.

Museum London gratefully acknowledges additional operational funds provided by the City of London, the Ontario Arts Council, the Canada Council for the Arts, the Department of Canadian Heritage, the Government of Canada and the Province of Ontario, alongside our generous corporate partners, and many passionate individuals.
