The Wounded exhibition, currently on display at Museum London, features 18 striking black-and-white portraits of Canadian men and women who served in Afghanistan, taken by award-winning photojournalist Stephen J. Thorne. Join the photographer, Canadian War Museum historian Andrew Burtch, and Afghanistan veterans who participated in this project for a discussion about the making of this touring exhibition hosted by Museum London’s Curator of Regional History Amber Lloydlangston.  Consider Remembrance Day this year through the eyes of these contemporary veterans, the wounds that changed their lives, and how their stories have been told and shared through this photographic exhibition.

This program is in partnership with Words Fest
