Get centred at the Museum! Relax your body and mind in these gentle Hatha yoga classes while enjoying the stunning river view from our new Centre at the Forks. We’ll use breath work and mindfulness in combination with yoga poses to explore muscle activation and release, stability, and growth. Wear comfortable clothes and bring your own water and yoga mat. A signed waiver is required.
