Before and aftercare is FREE, 8:00 am to 8:30 am and 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm

From simple finger puppets, to shadow puppets, and marionettes we’ll explore the voices and characters of these flexible friends. Campers will work with fabric, foam, felt, and paper mâché to create animals, people, and fantasy characters. Children will choose a short script or poem to animate, and translate their two dimensional ideas into three dimensional forms, and then perform a puppet show at the end of the week.

Make art, meet friends, and build self-esteem at the Museum this summer! Museum London’s world class art collection, and rich natural surroundings give campers a balanced week of outdoor fun and indoor art making in our new Studio space. As a member of HIGH FIVE, we’re committed to excellence in children’s recreational programming.

Camps include exhibition tours, demonstrations, and hands-on activities. Recreational activities include hikes, games, and trips to the park and splash pad.

Classes and Camps are designed for children ages 6 to 12. Children must be 6 years of age to register.

For those unable to meet the full cost of our camps, financial assistance may be available through the City of London’s Child Care Fee Subsidy. For more information on the program, please contact the subsidy office at 519-661-4834.
